The design of the Bartizan table is inspired by contemporary steel bridges, modern wooden architecture and the furniture of George Nakashima. The top surface of this Bartizan table is made from ash salvaged from a fallen tree in San Diego. The storage box is made from redwood recycled from wine tanks in Napa Valley, California.
